A smooth, solid base is critical. We remove existing grass & weeds and a layer of topsoil. We reroute Irrigation lines and electrical lines so that you have easy access in the future. The area is graded for proper drainage, and a specialized sand mixture is installed. On occasion, other base materials or even areas of cement are utilized.

The last step is deploying the grass. The grass needs to be properly stretched and secured, to ensure the surface lays smooth over time and through seasonal temperature variations. Care is taken to ensure that the grass blade direction is consistent, and all seams are treated with a specialized seaming tool to produce a natural aesthetic and a stunning result.
